Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Strong Spas, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and assistance. This position is vital to upholding our brand's reputation for quality service as we continue to lead the spa manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements
