Summary

We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Strong Spas. In this role, you will support our purchasing operations by managing supply chain activities and ensuring that we maintain our high standards for quality and efficiency. Your contributions will be vital in helping us uphold our leadership position in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing purchasing processes and supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Utilize Great Plains system to track inventory levels and purchasing data.
  • Support production planning efforts by ensuring necessary materials are available.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline purchasing activities.

Requirements

  • Experience with Great Plains or similar systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
