• Ensure designs prioritize automation, manufacturability, serviceability, and compliance.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to align product goals.

• Guide strategy for compliance with state, federal, and international standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Aerospace).

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.
